Refund and Returns

You may return items purchased from TimeToPackage within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and in their original packaging (for coffee products).
  • In new, unused condition (for merchandise like mugs, brewers, and accessories).
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened coffee products or any food items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Email us at support@timetopackage.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Receive Instructions: We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  • Package Your Return: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Ship the Package: Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items over $75. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover any associated shipping costs.
